(Sofia).-In this interview, Valentina Dobre, CT Gaming General Manager in Romania, explains the significant milestone that was to be honored with the title of ‘Most Popular Sales Team’ for the first time.
When did you join CT Gaming and how has your journey evolved?
VD: I joined the company in 2017, during the exciting launch of the EZModulo cabinet with the CT6 and Tower platforms on ARM technology. My journey has been one of continuous evolution, moving from ARM to AMD, and now, we are on the brink of introducing the next cabinet. It’s been a progression from good to great!
What in your experience are the best practices in working with clients in the industry? How do you feel the customers’ requirements and needs have changed?
VD: In my extensive experience, I've found that successful client relationships hinge on three fundamental pillars: trust, resilience, and communication. These pillars are interdependent and crucial for fostering strong and enduring partnerships. Trust forms the bedrock of any client relationship. It's cultivated through a deep understanding of the client's needs, a commitment to delivering on promises, and consistently providing value. Building trust requires transparency, reliability, and integrity in all interactions. Clients must be confident that we understand their challenges and are dedicated to finding solutions that meet their unique requirements.
Resilience is another essential aspect of working with clients. Challenges are inevitable in a dynamic and ever-changing business environment, such as our industry. Resilience entails adapting, overcoming obstacles, and maintaining a positive outlook, even in the face of adversity. It's about being agile and resourceful, finding creative solutions to unexpected problems, and demonstrating unwavering determination to achieve shared goals.
Effective communication serves as the glue that holds the client relationship together. Clear, open, and proactive communication fosters transparency, alignment, and mutual understanding. It involves active listening to grasp the client's concerns, priorities, and feedback, as well as articulating our ideas, recommendations, and updates in a concise and comprehensible manner. By fostering a culture of communication, we can anticipate and address issues before they escalate, ensure alignment on expectations, and strengthen collaboration.
In today's competitive landscape, clients expect more than just a high-quality product; they seek partners who can anticipate their needs and provide tailored innovative solutions. This underscores the importance of making a compelling first offer that demonstrates our commitment to addressing their specific needs while ensuring ease of implementation and quality assurance. Following through on promises and commitments is equally vital. It's not enough to make a good first impression; we must consistently deliver on our promises, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations to earn and maintain client satisfaction. By consistently demonstrating our reliability and dedication to their success, we can foster long-term loyalty and cement our position as trusted partners in their journey.
Last year at the Romanian Gambling Industry Grand Awards ceremony you won Most popular sales team. Can you tell us what stays behind such a title and how do you achieve it?
VD: We've had the pleasure of attending the prestigious Romanian Gambling Industry Grand Awards in the past, however, last year marked a significant milestone for us as we were honored with the title of ‘Most Popular Sales Team’ for the first time. This accolade wasn't just a recognition of our efforts but a testament to the cohesive unit we've built as a team. It was the inaugural presentation of such an award, which spoke volumes about the innovative spirit of our team.
What sets us apart is our genuine teamwork and dedication to understanding the needs of our clients and the dynamics of the market. When people interact with us, they can feel synergy and mutual support within our team. We approach every discussion with a wealth of knowledge, ensuring that we are well-informed and equipped to address any queries or concerns. This level of preparedness and professionalism not only fosters positive relationships but also instills trust in our capabilities.
